Where do we deliver to?
We deliver within Australia using either Australia Post's eParcel service or TNT/FedEx, TOLL and StarTrack for larger items. We also delivery Internationally. Please feel free to contact us for a quote exclusive of any duties or taxes payable at the destination.
Can you pick up your order?
Orders are available for pick up, if you nominated to pick up your order from Fitzgerald Photo Imaging.
How long will it take for your order to arrive?
Printing product deliveries are dispatched from Fitzgerald Photo Imaging, North Perth, Western Australia. Here are some estimated delivery times:
- Perth Metro – 1-2 business days
- Western Australia - 4-6+ business days
- NSW - 4-6+ business days
- Victoria - 4-6+ business days
- Queensland - 4-6+ business days
- Tasmania - 4-6+ business days
- Northern Territory – 5-10+ days
Please Note: deliveries to regional areas often take longer than the times stated above.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the Australia Post or the relevant courier’s web site. As part of your order communication from Fitzgerald Photo Imaging, you will be sent an email with your dispatch confirmation, which will include a tracking number for your package. Communication may also include SMS alerts.
At Fitzgerald Photo Imaging we want our customers to be completely satisfied with the quality of our prints and other photo products. We recommend you immediately inspect any products that we deliver to you or that you collect from Fitzgerald Photo Imaging, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the products, including that the products are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our prints and other photo products, you should contact our office within 48 hours of receiving or collecting your order. We can be reached on 08 9328 3778 or via our email: firstname.lastname@example.org Once you have contacted us and we have identified the cause of the problem, we will let you know the options available. Where the problem has occurred in the production of your order we will arrange to either replace the product free of charge or refund the price to you, at our discretion. Please note that in some circumstances you may be required to return the item to us, at our expense, so that we can assess the item before we agree to a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
We recommend you carefully preview any orders before purchase as we cannot normally cancel or adjust orders due to their personalized nature, and we do not normally provide refunds where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
This Refunds Policy does not apply to Print and Photo Product Returns in the following circumstances:
- where the actual colours or tones on prints and other photo products differ to the colours and tones displayed on your monitor
- where poor quality prints and other photo products are produced due to: your decision to use a low resolution or poor quality image; errors in spelling, punctuation or accuracy of any text entered by you; poor placement of images, text or embellishments by you; poor border selection, cropping of images or formatting of images by you; or errors that you have made in selecting the size or type of product.
Consumer Guarantees and rights under the Australian Consumer Law
All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Limit of Liability
Submitting any tangible or intangible materials like film, print(s), slide(s), negative(s) movie (s) or digital file(s)/media or other materials to for developing, processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by YOU that any damages or loss by Fitzgerald Photo Imaging, even though due to negligence or other fault by Fitzgerald Photo Imaging, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film, print(s), or media, and processing.
Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print(s), slide(s), negative(s) or digital file(s)/media or other materials is WITHOUT OTHER WARRANTY OR LIABILITY, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. No expressed or implied warranty is provided.
